kitchen, small but functional. mostly, chris does the cooking....i'm still learning. to cook that is. the oven is a hand-me-down, a little particular at times, but it was free.
we love the woodstove. it's a rare stove, produced by an artist and metal caster for only 10 years, between the 70s and 80s. i guess they sell for a couple grand these days? another hand-me-down. it's warm and perfect.
lights. propane lights are warm in feel and brightness, especially on those long, winter nights of moon and stars.
stella and the gang (stella left bottom, right top to bottom: chloe, copper, skully) love the deck. for some reason they expect cheese or something......

Stella looks like she thinks jumping up is going to get her a treat faster. Her friends look like real trouble makers, I would keep my eyes on that little blonde in the back.... looks like trouble to me! Ursa and Mack would help keep that pack in line.

You're both right! She plays with all the big dogs now and loves getting treats first. Not to mention, she's the little dog at the bottom of the pack. Funny.
